I created
the presentation using a master slide. I used a master slide to help in the
design of this presentation. This is because I could create objects that I
wanted to appear on every slide. I was able to set the size of the text for the
titles of the slides and for the body of the text. Also using this feature I
was able to set where I wanted the bullet points to be aligned. I believe that
using a master slide saved me a lot of time and made sure that every slide that
I created was consistent in appearance. Even thought I used a master slide to
make sure that every slide was consistent it did not mean that I could not make
changes to individual slides, for example I was able to insert images and
sounds without each slide being effected.
How I made the presentation loop
For this
task the presentation needed to be set on a loop. To do this I had to select
“slide show” and left click on “set up show” this opened a new window.

When the new window opened I had to select the option “loop continuously until ‘Esc’” this then meant the presentation would
keep playing until it was stopped by the user.
After
setting the presentation to loop continuously I then had to give each slide an
adequate amount of time before the slide transition. I did this by left
clicking on “slide show” then I had to select “rehearse timings” this allowed
me to view the slide show and add times to each slide for it to be viewed.

This window appeared while the slide show was
being viewed in this option. This window was showing how long each slide would
be viewed before the transition.
