The five a day rule

The five a day rule is a very important part of a healthy diet. You should aim to eat five to nine servings of fruit and vegetables every day. This does not only have to be though eating fruit and vegetables but you can also drink fruit juices to help you to reach your five a day. Other things that can help you to meet your five a day is snacking on fruit, your could try dried bananas or even things like chocolate served raisins can help towards you five a day. You don't always have to go for the obvious option.
