Who do you think it was aimed at? |
I think that the target audience for this e-learning
package was young people in their teens. |

|
Was it easy to navigate around? |
I found that the e-learning package was
very easy to navigate around, but even if I had had any problems there was a
help page for me to refer to which would be very helpful for someone how
might not be very computer literate. |

Was there good use of colour? |
I felt that the creator had made an effort
not to discriminate either of the sexes by not using particularly masculine
of feminine colours. I feel that the colours used by the creator were fairly
neutral. In addition to this I was pleased that the colours used did not make
the text uncomfortable to read as I feel this mistake could have been made
easily. |

|
Did all the links work? |
Yes I found that all of the links did work
and thought that it was an excellent idea to have links in the quiz to the
relevant part of the e-learning package when a question was answered
incorrectly. |

|
Was the layout appropriate and consistent? |
The layout was simple yet effective and did
not distract from the overall package and everything within the e-learning
package were consistent, the fonts used throughout were consistent as were
the colours used the links and the titles. |

|
Were the images used appropriate? |
The images that were used were relevant to
the text and I feel were also appropriate for the age range I feel the creator
was aiming this package at. I also liked that the creator had obviously
created their own animated gifs and used them for the links to the different
topics, they were all relevant to the topics and obviously thought about. |

|
Was the sound used appropriate? |
Sound was only used on the welcome page, but I
thought that this was another thing well thought out. I say this because I
believe that if sound played throughout the entire e-learning package it
would become distracting and annoying to the user and they might not be able
to take in the information that it contained or any of the other aspects of
the package such as the images and the quizzes. |

|
Could I have any more sound or images? |
I think that while it would have been
distracting to have sound playing continuously, it might have been
interesting to have sound when a link was selected, although I personally
would not favour that. I think that Images could have been put on every page
of the e-learning package. |
I did try adding sound to links when they were
selected but neither my tutors nor me knew how to do this. I believe that if there were images on
every page of the e-learning package it would have be over crowed. I feel the
having the animated gif on every page provides adequate images on each page. |
|
Was the text appropriate for each link? |
I think that the text was very appropriate
and it was obvious that the information had been well researched and had been
worded appropriately. The e-learning package was informative and the
information on each page was relevant to its title. |

Were there any spelling mistakes? |
That I found there were no spelling or
grammar mistakes, or mistakes with punctuation. |

Did the text make sense? |
I feel that all of the text did make sense and
was well thought out. |

Any other comments? |
I feel that this e-learning package was completed
to an excellent standard and that each aspect of it was carefully thought
out. I particularly liked that the user was able to choose their own path
around the e-learning package, as I feel that if the path had been set for
them, while navigation would be more that simple, it would not have been as
interesting to the audience. I think that it is great that the users are
allowed to control their learning experience. |
