The millennium stadium opened in June 1999.  The Millennium Stadium has more than a Million visitors a year. The whole roof opens an closes so the stadium can always be used. UEFA gvae it a 5-Star rating, so it is used for important matches and footabll and rugby and rugby league are played here. The Welsh Rugby Union, The Football Association, The Football League, The Football Association of Wales and the British Speedway Association use the stadium.
