In order to find out what activities to use for my activity space in the new make space club, I had to create a questionnaire to find out what youths would be interested in taking part in.
In order to create my questionnaire I first had to find out what activities are already available in the Buxton area, I found out information using the internet.

I then chose three activities which weren’t available and that I thought would be of interest and put them in my questionnaire, so youths could decide which one they would like to take part in. I added some more questions which I thought were relevant.
