Planning
At the start of the project I set up a Microsoft Excel Spread Sheet to
plan the project. I set it out in lesson order so I knew exactly what
I was doing in each of the lessons. I included a start and finish date,
and the main and sub tasks I would be working on. I also planned how
many lessons I wanted to spend on each task/sub-task and I also included
the actual amount of time spent. I also included a place to enter anything
I would finish/complete at home. I also used check points and comments
areas in the plan.
Monitoring
Through out the tasks I have changed and moved things about to ensure
the project would be finished by the deadline. I have included the changes
made in the 'My Comments' column of the plan.
