Newsletter Continued - Commentary
This page will tell you a little bout how i used the feedback i collected and improved the newsletter.
I first of all proofread the newsletter, and found several spelling and grammar mistakes, which i then changed before printing a draft copy for my test users.
The response i got from the test users was mostly positive:
"Good layout, vocabulary and style!"
"Very informative. Eye catching cover. Great picture header. Clear Headings. Front and colour and style is clear and easy to read. The colour scheme of blue is calming to the eye. White background makes it easy to read."
"Outstanding front cover. Great layout and style!"
But as well as the good comments i had a few things to improve on:
"Not many images and few of young people doing the activity."
"Spaces on the Application Form not big enough."
So I toke those comments on board and i added more images from the collection i had collected for the Gathering Information task. And changed the Application form spacing and some of other small errors that were found.
Once i had corrected the errors and made improvements i created a check list to help my reviewers: 0601 Check List and Evaluation Sheet
I then recorded all the information from the reviewers and finished the section.
