Newsletter
I started off by planning the newsletter, and working out how I was going to create the pages so that they could be folded. I produced a plan of the pages i was going to create, by looking at the information provided on the SPB and listed what information i was going to place on each individual page.

Using the activity that came out on top from the Survey, which was the Music and Band Activity, i create the front cover, of the sound desk which i knew would appeal to the target audience. I then created the banner, which originally was just going to be for the front page, but then i decided to use it through out the newsletter.

Once i had created the front page of the newsletter, i set to work on the inside pages design and layout and figure out what text sizes, colours and styles to use. After I had done this i added the titles and arranged where i was going to put what information.

I then started to add the information, some of it from the sources i collect in the Gathering Information task and some which i made up or created from my Survey results.

Once i had finished adding the information to each page, i went through and checked the layout and style and added the images i had collected in the Gathering Information task and some which i had taken myself for the 'Staff' part of the newsletter on Page 2.

Once i had added all the information and images i thought necessary,i went through the newsletter and found all the information and images i had used from other sources. I listed the sources for the front page, banner and staff images on the back cover of the newsletter. I then marked on all of the other images in the newsletter with the web site or resource i collected it from.

After recording the sources i then had to export the A3 pages which were created in Macromedia Fireworks and then import them into a Microsoft Publisher document and into 4 A4 pages where i arranged them and placed them in a order so that when i printed out these 4 pages they would fold together correctly and be in the right order.
