Gathering Info
I started this section, by creating 4 tables:
- Secondary Sources For Make Space
- Primary Sources For Make Space
- Secondary Sources For My Musical Activity
- Primary Sources For My Musical Activity
The tables included fields like:
ID so i could ID every file used in this section, so i could easily find it later.
SOURCE so i knew what the information or images were.
FROM so i knew where that information came from, and i could use this later in the Newsletter and Information Point
And finally the last field i used was: WHAT IS IT ABOUT where i could give a brief description about what the information included or what the image was of.
I collected Secondary Sources for Make Space from their web site www.makespace.org and by searching for 'Make Space' on Google.
I tried to collect Primary sources for Make Space by emailing them at: information@makespace.org but they just replied saying that all the information needed was on their web site, and so I could not collect Primary sources for Make Space..
I collected Secondary Sources for my musical activity by searching on Google.
I collect Primary Sources for my musical activity by taking photos and emailing the head of music at my school about their musical activities.
I placed the tables and files all together in a folder so they would be easily accessible for the other sections further on.
