Database Demo
I started by looking at the data within the database and listed the various different types of data collected. Using this list I finally decided on my 4 searches:

1. Youth Organisations With Local Groups
2. Charities Based In London
3. Web Site Based Art Activities
4. Youth Information or Uniformed Organisations in London.

I then set about to designing the Search's, including the relevant fields depending on the search question and using the right criteria.

I saved each search with its relevant search number (e.g. Search 1) so I was sure not to muddle up any of the searches.

After checking the data and making any tiny adjustments needed I saved evidence using Macromedia Captivate:

- 0501 Search: Youth Organisations With Local Groups (SWF)
- 0502 Search: Charities Based In London (SWF)
- 0503 Search: Web Site Based Art Activities (SWF)
- 0504 Search: Youth Information or Uniformed Organisations in London (SWF)

I then set about to designing the Searches, including the relevant fields depending on the search question and insuring that all the fields were visible and that the web address field was on every report.

I insured that the reports had a clean and good looking layout and I also included the make space logo and the search criteria. I also made sure that the column headings were sensible and visible.

I then checked the layout with other people and asked for their feedback. I had all good comments;

"Very Professional Looking"
"Great Layout"
"Really Relevant Searches"
"Amazing Access Skills"

I exported my reports as html, but i also exported them in a PDF form as the logo, local group tick boxes and coloured layout can not be seen in the exported html documents, i had to add these in by hand:
