| My performance Overall I enjoyed working on this project and am very proud of my eportfolio. I think it really does showcase my achievements. However, there were times during the project when I wanted to give up because I didn't think I could do it! One of my strengths is that I wanted all the publications to be perfect and I spent a lot of time trying to achieve this. Unfortunately, I wasn't always successful mainly because I ran out of time. I think it would have been a lot easier to produce better documents if we had had fewer to do. I have learnt some new ICT skills and developed the skills I already had. However, sometimes I couldn't do some of the things I wanted to do or wasted a lot of time because my ICT skills weren't good enough. One of my biggest weaknesses is graphics. I want to learn how to produce better images myself and edit images from secondary sources. I also need to improve my spreadsheet skills. Time management was a problem. I didn't allocate enough time to some tasks on my original plan and had to alter my deadlines as a result. I don't think this was all my own fault. It was partly because I hadn't had any experience of doing a project like this before. I have learnt a lot from doing this project. The most important thing I have learnt is to spend time at the beginning finding out about each publication and working out the tasks needed to produce it. It is also important to work out how publications are related to each other so that you can avoid doing the same work twice. The most important thing I have learnt about myself is that I don't give up. Even when It looked as though I was never going to get the project finished I still carried on with it. Miss Gaffney said she thought that being well-organised helped me succeed.
