I think the report to the Parent Teacher Association is a good summary of my survey results and makes a number of practical recommendations.

I started off with a two column format but one of my test users said that the graphs were difficult to read so I changed to one column. Because it is a multi-page document I used pages numbers on all pages except the first one. I used graphs and tables from the spreadsheet to illustrate my main findings.

I think it would have been better to have an eye-catching cover for the report so that members of the PTA pick it up and read it before the meeting.

I did try to include a copy of my spreadsheet as an appendix, but it was too big to fit on the page and it was hard to understand what the numbers meant.

I nearly finished my report on time but only by delaying work on the leaflet.
