Healthy eating doesn't mean going on a diet. In fact diets should be avoided as they are too difficult to stick with. It is a better idea to stick with a Healthy lifestyle.

Healthy weight is an issue that affects all of us, you can do things to manage your own weight as well as take actions to help others. Here are some helpful hints,

1.Eat a healthy breakfast-lunch-and dinner;

2. do not skip meals;

3.go for a healthy snack; do not choose snacks for extra food; variety is essential!

Here are 8 healthy tips to keeping a balanced diet!!!

- Base your meals on starch - Eat lots of fruit and vegetables -Eat more fish

- Cut down on saturated fat and sugar  -Try to eat no more than 6g of salt a day

- Get active and try to be a healthy weight  -Drink plenty of water
